Best asparagus I've ever had! Really tender and perfect.

Nutty tasting is absolutely right! Made this for a vegetarian dinner party. Guests raved over the taste. I did serve it with a simple dressing of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil. Wonderful.

This is a simple yet delicious dish. I just used 1/4 tsp of kosher salt. The first time I made it the 1/2 tsp made it a bit too salty. I just know I will never eat boiled asparagus again.

Wonderfully, simple way to prepare asparagus. I used a bit less kosher salt and added some fresh lemon juice just before serving. Delicious.

I usually serve asparagus roasted in oil infused with a handful of herbs, lemon juice, garlic, etc. and it's hugely flavorful. This recipe is mostly just salty and would make a good french fry substitute -- but its also a great way to prepare it if you're going to serve it with some kind of sauce, if you go a bit lighter on the salt too.

I usually add garlic to my roasted asparagus, but this just lets the wonderful taste of asparagus shine through. Enjoyed this recipe thoroughly!
