This gets the highest ratings for "Bread and Circuses." It is colorful, tasty and easy --- a great "fresh vegetable" addition to your table. I served it to my Book Club along with Grilled Bourbon Salmon and they all loved it. I added salad and rolls --- and I was "set."

Asparaguys seasonis is in full swing here and we are having our fill - This recipe is so eye appealing and tastes so good.I love to have the spears still crisp and the peppers just heated through - Good instructions. My spears were quite thin so it was just 5 minutes and 5 minutes. Thanks dojemi for an easy, wonderful recippe

Delicious, easy, and really pretty. I tossed the asparagus and garlic oil in a large bowl instead of wasting a bag. I doubled the recipe, and 10 minutes plus 10 minutes was perfect. I served this with Recipe #319763 and rice.

This is delish! I had some asparagus, red pepper, yellow pepper & grape tomatoes to use up & this recipe was perfect! I didn't have a green pepper so I just used the whole yellow one. We really enjoyed the flavors in this quick & easy dish. Thanks so much for sharing it, dojemi!

Very good! Followed this exactly as stated but added some thyme and crushed red pepper on top. Will definitely make again!

Delicious and very easy to prepare. I threw the oil, garlic and asparagus into a clean plastic grocery bag and let sit for 10-15 minutes. Instead of green bell pepper, for a better color contrast I used an orange bell pepper. I did have to broil the asparagus the last few minutes to get that crispy "blackened" effect on the edges. Lastly, used a combination of grapeseed oil and olive oil. Thanks, dojemi! cg ;)

A wonderful recipe. I picked this because it was so colorful and festive for Christmas dinner. The photo I am going to submit also has yams next to it. It's the only photo I have. Thank you so much!

I love roasted asparagus & the addition of the peppers was most welcome. I had mini red, yellow & orange peppers, so used them with the asparagus. The colors of the vegetables made this a very attractive side dish. I did add some coarse salt at the end of the roasting, otherwise followed the directions exactly.

Easy and colorful. I used red and yellow peppers with the asparagus and roasted them together. I would use less oil next time. Also, it seemed to need some additional flavoring so next time I would add some seasoning or cheese. Good basic recipe.

This recipe was just okay. It needed some spices to bring out some flavors from the veggies. I make a similar recipe to roast on the BBQ, but was cooking indoors last night and decided to try this one. The choice of veggies is wonderful and they do compliment eachother, but I think a little basil, oregano, & parmesan cheese sprinkled all over would have made this superb! Will keep as a base recipe for indoor cooking, but will be adding the spice & cheese next time. Thanks for posting & sorry I couldn't give the 5 stars :(
