LOVED this recipe! I used fresh grated parmesan cheese and it came out crispy from the oven. I served it at a dinner party and everyone loved it. The flavor was great. Thanks for posting!

Fixerd this for a quick dinner with steaks. Originally had purchased 2 lbs of asparagus for a family dinner, but didn't end up using it. Added a little kosher salt and fresh ground pepper before it went in the oven. The kids (8 and 15) couldn't get enough. Four of us polished off the whole 2 lbs in one sitting!!! YUMMY!

Very tasty! I have made it this way for some time now. I add some garlic and also some salt and pepper. I throw it all into a freezer bag, then just massage it for a minute and pour it out onto a foil-lined cookie sheet. Sometimes I add a tsp. of lemon juice or balsamic vinegar as well. This was very good. I only cooked the asparagus for about 10 minutes. It was perfect. My daughter who doesn't like any "weird" looking vegetable, didn't much care for it, but the rest of the family LOVED it.

Very, very good. I added some whole garlic cloves to this during the roasting process and sprayed garlic flavored olive oil on the asparagus. YUM! Will make again.

I'm not a big asparagus person, but wanted something different from the usual veggie side dish last night. I made this and it was FANTASTIC!! Like Mandagirl, I sprinkled garlic powder with the parmesan cheese. The asparagus browned a little bit after I put the cheese on and were SO tasty! I will totally make this again!
