good, but I think I need to cook them longer. They weren't crispy - just mushy. We still ate every bite.

Wonderful recipe. I made this for our Easter dinner and we loved it. I love roasted veggies and asparagus is one of the best. My family loved it. This makes them so flavorful, and cooked perfectly. Thank you for sharing this recipe.
Great alternate way to prepare Asparagus. At different times I have added Lemon or Bearnaise sauce before serving. Prepared this way the asparagus takes on a nutty and smokey flavor. Oh, and they also taste great sprinkled with a little garlic powder before cooking

This is a very easy technique for making asparagus. I love it also because you can play around with it. I mixed garlic into the oil at Paulette's suggestion. I didn;t even have the cheese, and this turned out great! I would use more seasonings, maybe some basil, parsley and oregano, and make sure to check it at 10 minutes, as 15 was a little too long for mine.
The only way to serve asparagus. Yum!!!
