I'm sorry to say, but this was just okay for us. I used soy milk in place of regular milk, but followed the rest of the directions. The soup was quick and easy to prepare, but tasted very strongly of rosemary. It only made 3 servings for us.
This is delicious! A little sweet, nicely herbal, and very rich. We really loved this one. I served it with some nice crusty bread and a glass of pinot grigio. It felt like a 5 star restaurant meal. Thanks for sharing.
