- 226.79 g can puy lentils
- 1 large tomatoes
- 7.39 ml olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- 0 red onion
- 4.92 ml dried parsley
- 14.79 ml balsamic salad dressing
- 7.39 ml olive oil
directions
- Place the tomato on an oven tray with the whole garlic cloves, drizzle with 1/2 tablespoon olive oil & sprinkle with salt. Roast in the oven for approx 30 minutes.
- In the meantime, drain the can of lentils, rinse them several times and place in a bowl.
- Thinly slice the red onion and add to the lentils.
- Add the parsley, balsamic dressing and olive oil with a pinch of salt.
- When the tomato has cooked, roughly chop it along with the roasted garlic cloves and add to the bowl of lentils along with any juices from the baking tray.
- Mix all ingredients well, drizzle with the remaining 1/2 tblsp of olive oil and serve at room temperature!

I love cooking. I'm not a great "chef" but nothing relaxes me more than spending hours (that i have to spare) in the kitchen inventing new dishes or trying out new recipes.
Unfortunately, i'm a very picky eater myself so I tend to only cook things that I personally like, which is tough on my friends and family, but it means I put a lot of effort into making my meals extra-tasty!
