Wonderful! This was so tasty. I used Traditional Portuguese Piri Piri Sauce for Chicken for the piri-piri. The pork was very moist and juicy. I think it even tasted a little better the next day as leftovers. It was very easy to make too. Thanks so much for posting! Made for 1-2-3 Hit Wonders Tag.

So delicious! Even my picky toddler ate a whole slice of this pork. I used Traditional Portuguese Piri Piri Sauce for Chicken for the piri-piri but I didn't realize I'd used the last red pepper for our salad so I ended up using a yellow pepper. It made a funny colored (yellow/orange) sauce but was still excellent flavor & very tender meat. I used this on a 1 lb pork tenderloin (I didn't decrease the sauce any) so it was perfectly cooked in 45 minutes with a 15 minute rest before slicing. Thanks for sharing, wicked! Made for Every Day is a Holiday tag game. :)

Well, I was looking for a recipe to tryout Piri Piri and for some reason chose this recipe even though I don't tend to like pork. Boy am I glad I did! It is mildly spicy and has loads of flavor. I made a homemade Piri Piri with lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, cayenne pepper, garlic, smoked Spanish paprika, salt, and red pepper flakes. Made for the Epicurean Queens, ZWT5: Family Picks.
