I got a big pork roast (a little bit more than 2 kg) so I used a meat thermometer. The glaze is so yummy. I drizzled some of it on the slices when serving. Thanks AZPARZYCH :) Made for the Best of 2011 tag game

What an awesome recipe. We really enjoyed the pork prepared this way. It was a quick and easy to make recipe, with great textures and an awesome flavor. The pork was so tender. Loved the flavor of the glaze, it reminded me of a spiced up mollasses. Thanks for sharing this wonderful recipe that I make again.

AWESOME, I used this recipe for a School Board reception for our new staff dinner. I brined a whole pork loin for 28 hours and topped it off with this awesome glaze. Everyone just raved about it. This recipe is a keeper. Thank you for sharing. Made for Football Pool 12 week 4 win.

This was a great main course to serve for company we had last week, & everyone loved it! I particularly enjoyed the flavor combo in the glaze & since we have pork ever-so-often, I'll be making this one again, for sure! Thanks for sharing this great recipe!
