I rarely make recipes due to rum and other alcohol in them, and this was no exception, I did make 2 different servings for us. One without the rum, and one with. Tried them both. Make this with the rum. The other was still pretty good though. Back to the original recipe, other than omitting the arrow root, and halving the salt. Very flavorful, and the pork was nice and tenderful. Made for a nice lunch. Did add a dash of steak seasoning ( a light sprinkle.).
