      We really enjoyed this roasted duck recipe. DH made it last night for him, myself, and one of my friends. We all loved it. We did not make the sauce ahead and had no difficulty reducing it. The duck was also good on its own with the pieces that I tried that I did not cover with sauce. I served with a side of mashed potatoes and green beans. I would definitely make this recipe again. Thanks!
