  • Blend marjoram, tarragon, olives, and brandy in a food processor.
  • Stuff under chicken skin at breast.
  • Put water in bottom of casserole.
  • Put in chicken.
  • Sprinkle with soy sauce and pepper.
  • Bake at 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 90 minutes.
