What a great recipe! I made some adjustments to it, but it still turned out amazing. I've used 5 legs only, added the basil leafs and garlic. Instead of adding the lemon slices, I just poured the lemon juice out of the whole lemon, and added about 1/3 glass of white wine. Baked it for 30-40 min on 375. And then 8min on each side on broil (500). It was soooo goood!!! Thank you so much!

Yum, yum, yum! I didn't have fresh basil so used crushed and sprinkled it on top along with minced garlic. It was so lemony and garlicy and delicious. I kept the leftovers just for me and if possible it was even better. Can't wait to make it again. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

I used 6 chicken drumsticks and 2 large baking potatoes; baked for 60 minutes then put it on broil to brown the chicken and potatoes. The basil tucked in the chicken and the lemon wedges really make this dish (oh, can’t forget the roasted garlic)! Very Yummy!

Very good and easy. I did use 5 legs and 2 breasts and 2 potatos. I want more garlic!! and lemon and will double these amounts along with the olive oil. I turned part way thru and more juice to baste the chicken will make the recipe even better!!! Thanks Cricket
