Thanks, love this. Added a couple of cloves of garlic that I'd roasted with the peppers and left out the tomato paste as per another reviewer and added parmesan. Was sweet but I like it. Thanks

This recipe is great and after I read all the reveiws I made it leaving out the tomato paste and adding in 1/3 cup of parmesan (or even fetta would be nice) which made the dip less sweet and it was a winner all round. Everyone that has tried it loves it!!!!!

Only gave this 4 stars as I felt it needed something extra and I found it a little sweet (as did some others at the bbq). I am taking it to another "do" tomorrow. Will mix in some more salt and perhaps some tuscany seasoning...to see if that takes away the sweet taste. Apart from these quibbles it was still enjoyable-and some found it quite okay as it was.

We all felt it was ok, but needed something extra, it was slightly boring. Despite it's good looks, we won't be making it again.

A great dip - once the capsicums are roasted and peeled, it is so quick to make. I took it to a dinner party and ran out of dippers!! I am going to make it again tomorrow and for any other get together we have. Very impressive.

Well I made this, none of the family liked it much except me, then I took some to work and everyone went crazy for it, they loved it! I was even asked to make more and bring it the next day !!! I knew I was the only one in this family with good taste!!! Very easy and an excellent recipe Annetty!

Mmmm, this was delightful!! An impressive dip that is easy to prepare and tastes great. I served mine on melba toasts with a thin layer of spreadable cream cheese and a basil leaf. I'll be making this one again for sure!

Excellent recipe. Roasted the capiscum last night and then put everything into the blender this morning. Very quick and easy to make. Served on a platter with Turkish Bread, cheese and crackers. Everyone raved about it and especially loved placing a dollup of dip on top of the Brie cheese! Thanks Annetty for a really tasty dip!
