    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 325.

      Remove stems from mushrooms.
    3. 3
      Peel outer layer from pearl onions.
    4. 4
      Rub the meat with the dry soup mix.
    5. 5
      Place in a covered roasting pan.
    6. 6
      Add mushroom soup, wine, mushrooms and onions.
    7. 7
      Bake covered for 1 1/2 hours.

      Serve over egg noodles or mashed potatoes.
