I always cook carrots with my roast and potatoes, but they are definitely optional in this recipe
- 709.77 ml cubed cooked potatoes
- 4.92 ml vegetable oil
- 473.18 ml cubed leftover roast beef
- 236.59 ml sliced cooked carrot (optional)
- 283.49 g canroast beef gravy (or equivalent leftover gravy)
- salt and pepper
- Fry potatoes in oil until lightly brown.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Heat through.
