I'm with loof on this one ~ Definitely a wonderfully satisfying comfort food! I did cut the recipe in half for just the 2 of us, but other than that, followed it right on down & was very happy with the great meat-potatoes-&-veggies-all-rolled-into-one dinner! Great comfort food! I left out the onion, otherwise made as specified. Loved the addition of the broccoli and carrots to the potatoes. I will cut my beef a little thinner next time as my rolls came out a little fat. I cooked these at 375 for 25 minutes. Good stuff - thanks for sharing the recipe!
