  1. It doesn't get any easier than this! Next time I'd like to add a bit of vinegar to the mix and will double the sauce. These aren't too far off of an Arby's, and I could see making a "horsey" sauce to top, too. Thanks Bugsbunnyfan, for posting. Roxygirl

  2. I made this for lunch today and it was a huge hit. I followed the other suggestions by adding the meat at the end of cooking. I also put this on toasted onion buns. EXCELLENT!!! We will definately be making this again!

  3. The second time I made this used less water much better IMO. I made the sause today with out the water for a bbq sauce was good on the ribs that I made

  4. Man this is fabulous--so easy and good--I know this is going to become a standard in my kitchen. I did follow the other reviewers' advice of just dipping the meat towards the end. This one is going in 3 of my public cookbooks (Quickest Meals, Beef Up Your Dinner with Beef Leftovers and Standbys). Thanks for a real find, busgbunnyfan!

  5. This was so unbelievably easy and so incredibly yummy! It tasted similar to the fast-food roast beef sandwixhes, only much better!! Next time, I'd like to try putting cheese sauce on them. I also used H-ko's idea of just dippingg the beef in the sauce briefly...it seemed to work really well. Thanks for posting such a great recipe...it will be added to our regular dinner menu!
