- 1 onion, cut in chunks
- 354.88 ml all-purpose flour
- 4.92 ml salt
- pepper
- 0.13-0.19 ml Tabasco sauce
- 236.59 ml milk
- 4 potatoes, peeled
- 236.59 ml cheddar cheese, grated
directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F Grease an 8 inch square pan.
- Put onion, flour,salt, pepper, tobasco sauce amd milk into a blender.
- Puree until until completely blended. Tranfer to a large bowl. Grate potatoes and cheese into milk mixture. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour or until cooked through and golden brown on top.
