Ritz Cracker Pie Crust (9 Inch)

Use as a change of pace from Graham Cracker Crust.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 1 12 cups Ritz cracker crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 13 cup melted butter

Directions

  1. Mix together cracker crumbs and sugar.
  2. In a slow stream add butter, using a fork to toss well.
  3. Press into a 9-inch pie plate, moulding bottom and sides.
  4. Bake in a 350 degree, pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.
  5. Remove and cool.

I tried this a couple weeks ago, I think I need to add a few more ritz as both times the crust didn't quite fill the pan. I used cooked apples last time. My husband and I loved the salty taste with the apples. This time I am filling it with sugar free chocolate pudding.
