Directions

  1. Crush crackers and mix with sugar and margarine.
  2. Press enough of the cracker mixture to cover the bottom of 9x13" pan, reserving the rest of the crumbs for topping.
  3. Blend together sweetened condensed milk and orange juice.
  4. Fold in Cool Whip and oranges.
  5. Pour filling over crust.
  6. Top with reserved crumbs.
  7. Refrigerate.
