excellent roquefort dressing. I used regular milk as I did not have buttermilk. Will never buy bottled roquefort again. This one is a keeper.
Delicious. Didn't have buttermilk or lemon. Used whole milk and a couple splashes of white wine vinegar instead this time. Still really delicious. Definately recommend
WONDERFUL! Been looking for a Roquefort dressing for years. This tastes just like my mom use to make!
Absolutely the BEST! Love it!
Delicious, simple and special! Raves by all who have tasted it. Thank you for posting!!
This is an AWESOME Roquefort dressing. My DH and I LOVE Roquefort dressing and this is as good if not better than any restaurant's dressing! Thanks for posting this, Mille- it's going straight into my "favorites" folder!
this is it,the one I have been searching for.when I was a young girl we lived in lompoc,ca. we ate at a place called ted's and they served the very best roquefort dressing I have ever had and I think this is the closest I've ever found. THANX so much for sharing
This was out of this world. I cut the recipe in half and it was gone in no time. Will make a full batch next time.
This is the cadillac of roquefort dressings. No comparison to some of the others that tend to me weak. I have substituted good bleu cheese and enjoyed it just as much. All depends on taste.
OK. We're hooked. This will be our "house" dressing from now on. It was easy to put together, and though it tasted good immediately, it was fantastic the next day. It got thicker and the flavors blended well. I couldn't find Roquefort cheese, but used a good Maytag, and it was terrific. I think it would be good with any good bleu cheese. Thank you Mille!
