I was a little nervous about this recipe at first... I had never put anything on my green beans before, but it turned out to be delicious!
I really liked the fresh green beans and the parmesan cheese falvor combined. I did have a problem with the cheese though. It got rubbery and you couldn't serve it well with the green beans. Some beans had it and some did not. Those that had the cheese tasted really good thought despite the rubberiness of the cheese. Thanks so much for sharing. Prepared for PAC Fall/2008.
