A unique recipe for clams.


  1. Saute onions and garlic light in oil.
  2. Add rice and saute until it turns translucent.
  3. Add remaining ingredients ecxept clams.
  4. Cover tightly and steam until rice is tender but not not soft.
  5. Add clams, cover and heat until flavors are blended.
  6. Serve with a salad and garlic bread.
