Oh I did enjoy this creamy saffron aroma filled comfort food. I have a bunch of beef bones that i made a wonderful stock with which had some meat on it. So I used that beef stock instead of the beef marrow. I did use lots of home grown saffron. Not the powdered stuff. Resulting in a beautiful color and aroma. I love the stuff! Didn`t bother with salt because the parmesan had enough sodium for us. So easy and a must make. Thanks for the comforting eats. Made for ZWT 2011.
