very good recipe.. i didn't use my rice cooker I just cooked it in a pot. Was fast and easy to make and tasted great!

this was the best rice i've ever had! i did not have risotto rice, so used plain ole long grain white - I cannot imagine how good it will be when i make it with the risotto. thanks for sharing
I love this, it is the ultimate comfort food and I couldn't wait to try it (tagged in Zaar tag only a few hours ago!) The only slight change I made was to add a bit of left over cooked ham I had and didn't want to waste. But even without that, a perfect recipe! I used frozen peas and chicken stock - lovely and will definitely make again, Thank you Bev!
