Ripe Banana--Snowball Salad

"I was searching for something to do with my over-ripened bananas and came across this one from my husband's Oklahoman grandmother (one of the few dessert salads from Texhoma that doesn't involve jell-o!). I ended up making something else, but am collecting and freezing bananas to try this one. It looks tasty and super simple. Cook time is freezing."

ingredients

• 354.88 ml sugar
• 226.79 g container sour cream
• 29.58 ml lemon juice
• 340.19 g container Cool Whip
• 453.59 g can crushed pineapple, drained
• 118.29 ml chopped maraschino cherry, well drained
• 236.59 ml chopped pecans
• 3 very ripe bananas, mashed

directions

1. Mix in order listed.
2. Pour into dish and freeze overnight.
3. Serve frozen.
