Absolutely delicious! I did this with deer as we don't really eat beef and it was perfect, the meat just fell apart in your mouth. We had it with fresh bread, there were no leftovers even though it was more than enough for both of us. I cut the recipe in half, but next time will make the full recipe so I have and wonderful lunch then next day because I imagine it can only be better the next day. Thanks for sharing! This was really good! I think i'd go a little heavy on the spices next time though, it felt like it needed a little something extra. Overall though it was great and I'd definitely make this dish again. Thanks for posting!
