If you like your shakes thicker try freezing the fruit before making this.
- 1 1⁄3 cups grapefruit juice, fresh
- 1 cup peaches or 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 medium banana
- 8 ounces peach yogurt
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1⁄2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Blend everything in a blender.
- Sweeten with additional honey if needed.
- Garish with a thin slice of grapefruit.
