    My grandmother's recipe seems to be slightly different than the rest I've seen. I like how simple it is to make. My family traditionally serves these small pancakes with powdered sugar and homemade jam, though the traditional "syrup and butter" is also very good. I hope you enjoy! We tend to double or triple the recipe for larger gatherings.
