This is a smoothie(or milkshake) I came up with when I first tried Ricotta Cheese. I like it myself, so I figured it wouldn't hurt to share. The chocolate can be melted for easier blending, but you don't have to do that. You can use sugar instead of Splenda. I just prefer Splenda. Enjoy!
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1⁄4 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 cup strawberry, sliced
- 2 ounces baking chocolate
- Splenda sugar substitute, to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a blender.
You've got a great smoothie recipe here, & that comes from someone who really enjoys those things, almost daily!
