- 1 lemon cake mix
- 1 (3 1/2 ounce) package lemon pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup water
- 3⁄4 cup oil
- 24 ounces ricotta cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix first five ingredients and pour into 13 x 9 cake pan sprayed with PAM.
- Mix cheese with eggs, sugar and vanilla and pour into center of cake batter.
- Bake for 1 hour.
