YUMMY!!! My husband is deployed (he is the chef in the family) and I am trying to feed two picky boys in his absence. This was dessert tonight after pizza and they gobbled it up! It is wonderful and super easy! Definately a keeper! Thanks Kit_Kat!
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1⁄2 cup butter or 1⁄2 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄2 lbs confectioners' sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chopped pecans
