This was a very good dish. I honestly have never ate fish of any kind until needing to eat more healthy for health reasons. This dish took the fustration out of figuring out what to put on trout. Thank you so much for this recipe. This is a keeper.

Very good and simple to make. This is the first time I ever made fish on the grill which we enjoyed, but I think this recipe will work equally well on the broiler. We enjoyed the fish with a simple greek salad for a delicious summer meal with very little work. Thanks Donna for posting.

This is a good idea. I'd suggest a small bunch of cilantro, not a big one; maybe even half a bunch; and some lime mixed in with it. Youngest Daughter followed the recipe and did the work. There are some things we both need to learn about grilling fish, but this was a good beginner's recipe.

Easily prepared, great flavor and the best part was that Dh could do it himself (with no coaching), including the grilling.

I feel really bad only giving this 3 stars, but it didnt really have too much taste. I dont like fish that much to begin with, but my hubby loves it, and he wasnt at all impressed with the dish. But isnt it a good thing not all of us have the same likes and dislikes? Sorry.
