  1. Saute onions in olive oil until translucent.
  2. Add garlic and cook for one more minute.
  3. Add tomato, tomato juice, red pepper, black pepper, salt, basil, and parsley.
  4. Cook Penne Pasta.
  5. Add shrimp and simmer for 5 minutes.
  6. Strain pasta and add to sauce. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
