- 1360.77 g ground chuck
- 29.58 ml olive oil
- 1 whold onion, chopped
- 44.37 ml chili powder
- 9.85 ml oregano
- 29.58 ml cocoa
- 9.85 ml garlic powder
- 2.46 ml red pepper flakes
- 2 beef bouillon cubes
- 9.85 ml cayenne
- 4.92 ml cumin
- 9.85 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 0.39 ml hot pepper sauce
- 44.37 ml vinegar
- 2-3 corn tortillas, chopped in pieces
- 2 (566.99 g) can rotel (mild,med,or hot)
- 340.19 g can beer (I sometimes use water)
- salt and pepper
- 396.89 g can beans (any kind, I like pinto)
directions
- Heat oil, add onion and cook until soft.
- Add ground beef and brown.
- Add everything else ,except beans.
- Cook on simmer for 30 minute.
- Drain beans and add to chili. Warm up and enjoy.
