Awesome! My family and I love rice pudding and have tried many, many recipes looking for the perfect one. The quest absolutely stops here. Made it twice already and have decided it only needs the first 30 minutes of cooking time. The second 15 minutes didn't benefit it any more, so why extend the cooking time. I also used 2 whole eggs rather than just the yolks. It makes more than 4 servings - I think it ended up being 6-7 cups of pudding. Love it!
