Awesome! I made as written except substituted our favorite remoulade sauce recipe. The directions are very straight forward...thank you. We will be making these again soon.
Kim, I picked you for the spring 2006 Pick a Chef event, and started it off with this sandwich. The remoulade sauce really makes this sandwich. It's a rich and wonderful, tart and piquant sauce. I'm sure I will find other uses for it, too. Because it has so much flavor, I found it best to go lightly on the sandwich. The one in the photo has it spread on pretty heavy, and it was almost too rich with the brie, too - and probably the reason it's called RICH Little Po Boy. Great sandwich. Recommended.
