Chocolaty, Fizzy, Good! You could also use pepermint ice cream in place of the vanilla.

  1. Place 3 tablespoons chocolate syrup in each of two glasses.
  2. Fill the tall glass about half full with the ginger ale or sprite.
  3. Add 1 cup of the ice cream to each glass.
  4. Fill glass to top with the rest of the ginger ale or sprite.
  5. Stir until well blended.

I enjoyed this treat tonight. I used Ginger Ale and Hershey's syrup (50% less sugar). It was refreshing and ice cream is always good! I might cut back on the chocolate a little bit next time. I had a 16 oz. glass, and it was a little too much for me. Made for Newest Zaar Stars Tag Game. Linda
