I chose this recipe because I had some bread flour that needed to be used up. Wow, was I glad I did!! I made it in my stand mixer and got beautiful, soft, fluffy cinnamon rolls! Baked them at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. This is a terrific recipe and worthy of many stars! Amanda, thanks for the post! It's a keeper!!
This was my first homemade loaf ever and I loved it. I am totally making it again, can't wait to try it for cinnabuns - I think it will be perfect for it. I've been worried about making heavy dense bread but this was light and fluffy and yes the kids love it too!
This bread is wonderful! I cut back on the sugar, (1 1/2 tsp) but otherwise made according to the recipe. Honestly, I made it as rolls baked in the oven and they were so good, DH and I forgot all about dinner. We were full of these rolls! A great post and a recipe I will use many times@ Thanks!
