I feel a bit bad posting this as a recipe since it needs no skill whatsoever. it's just a healthy low carb alternative to sushi cravings!
- 10 slices cucumbers (thickness to your liking, cut diagonally so you get a bigger surface area)
- 100 g smoked salmon
- soy sauce
- Put some soy sauce into a flat plate, dip the cucumber slices in the sauce to cover them, then put them on a different plate.
- Tear or cut the salmon as you like, put them on top of the slices.
- Like casual canapes?
