I made this rice to go along with our double decker tacos last night. What a treat! I really liked the creaminess of the rice, it almost reminded me of chile relleno. I used some leftover rice that I had in the fridge (clever, huh?), and it came out great! Thanks for a great recipe!

I made this rice with the green chiles and followed the recipe as written. This was a wonderful, flavorful rice dish, one I will make often. Thank you

I had left over rice which I added left over fried mushrooms and onions. I did use finely sliced scallions and minced jalopenos. Yummy good!
