- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1⁄3 cup finely chopped parsley
- Cook rice.
- Add butter, cheese and parsley.
Nice change of pace for rice. I used instant rice and it turned out just fine.
A simple and tasty rice dish. My kids love it too. It also makes a great snack for after school. Thanks for posting.
