My husband was craving rice pudding like he used to have when he lived in England. This was easy to make and was exactly what he wanted. The only change I made was to leave out all the cinnamon, as he asked for it that way.

I happened to have all the ingredients in my pantry, so I thought why not give this recipe a go. OMG it was absolutely divine, and so easy to make. My husband is very picky about his rice puddings, but he ate this one up .

This one is a keeper for sure, and I will make it again. Thank You so much for posting this one!

Made this recipe as given, with one exception ~ Since I didn't think the cinnamon stick that I used had much flavor (the odor seemed too faint for me!), to it I added a generous pinch of the ground Saigon cinnamon that has a lot of flavor, & this rice pudding turned out very, very satisfying! Thanks for posting the recipe! [Made & reviewed for one of my adopted chefs in this Spring's Pick A Chef event]
