      I had no idea how to make congee when it was requested of me by my sick Indonesian spouse, and this recipe is easy and came out perfectly. Thanks for sharing, mlao77!

      Who couldn't like Congee? If you have never one to a Koren restaurant for Sushi Donbouri (?) or Congee, you better go!
      This is probably the easiest recipe that I have come across, thank goodness. It tastes great! I do not eat red meat but substitutions do wonders. Thank you!
