    Directions:

      Cook rice.
    2. 2
      Mix rice with eggs, and 1 1/2 c cheese.

      Grease cookie sheet.

      Flatten into a "crust" on a cookie sheet.

      Completely cover crust with salsa.
    6. 6
      Top the salsa with remaining cheese.
    7. 7
      Optional: add olives,chicken or ground beef.

      Bake in 450F oven for 20 minutes.
