made with rice and orzo, a perfect compliment to many dishes :)

  1. cook orzo and butter in a skillet til the orzo starts to turn golden brown,
  2. add the onion and garlic and cook for 3-5 more minutes.
  3. add the broth and bring to a boil.
  4. add rice, cover tightly and simmer for 30-45 minutes.
  5. fluff with fork and serve.
