This was ok. I followed the recipe as is except for a couple shortcuts - I used frozen chopped onions and a can of diced tomatoes instead of what was called for. It was really easy and a one-dish meal to boot so I may make it again, possibly changing the spices a little or adding more of them.

We liked this. the kids didn't care for the carrots in the dish. A nice quick & easy dinner. Good luck in the contest!

My dh enjoyed this subtle dish very much. It was tasty and had an excellant flavour. I added a little extra salt and oregano. I really liked the addition of the cinnamon to the sauce. This is a lovely comfort dish. Thanks so much for sharing.

This made a nice dinner. I used a very lean ground beef and dice cut tomatoes. I allowed it to simmer for only about 20 minutes as the liquid had pretty much evaporated. Good luck in the contest.

This had a very nice mild flavor and will probably get 5 stars from some that do not enjoy a lot of spice. For my taste it was too mild not enough zip. The instructions were very clear and it looked very attractive on the plate. Good luck in the contest
