Directions

  1. 1. Beat eggs, milk and Splenda.
  2. 2. Fold in rice and raisins.
  3. 3. Pour into 1 1/2 qt casserole baking dish.
  4. 4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  5. 5. Put in hot water bath.
  6. 6. Bake at 325 degrees for 45-55 minutes until inserted knife comes out clean.
