    • 1 cup rice flour
    • 1 cup sugar
    • 5 large eggs, beaten

    Directions:

      Preheat oven to 350 degrees (this is an estimate, so watch your cake carefully!).

      Sift the flour and sugar together.

      Using an electric beater, beat the eggs into the flour and sugar for 10 minute.

      Pour into a greased and floured cake pan and bake for about 30 minutes.
