      I've always loved to eat this at arab food restaurants. Had I know it is this easy!

      This is really tasty rice which I made gluten free using rice vermicelli. I used half canola oil and half sweet butter (unsalted) or a little more. I used white Basmati rice as that is what I had on hand & sea salt, to taste. I would make this again!!
